The Accounting Standards Board recently released new accounting standards, Private Enterprise GAAP -- and private companies now have an important choice to make.
Private enterprises will have to decide whether to adopt the new standards, PE GAAP, or whether they will choose to adopt International Financial Reporting Standards, commonly referred to as IFRS.
