What do private equity investors look for in a company?

In a recent PwC survey of Canadian family businesses, we found that 33% of family business leaders who are anticipating a change of ownership plan to sell to a private equity investor.

With this in mind, we interviewed Anthony Sigel, President and Managing Partner of Kilmer Capital Partners Limited to get his perspective on what private equity investors look for when they are considering making an investment in a company.
