Great post. Just some food for thought, success or confidence doesn't always mean you must mitigate your weaknesses. In my opinion, it is more about using your strengths AND using your weaknesses at the right opportunity. You can very well use a weakness of yours to make your mark or a difference depending on the situation. While working on your weaknesses is definitely a great thing to do, sometimes it's the weaknesses that will mould you into the person you always wanted to be.
