Transitioning from your university lifestyle of studying, summer travelling, shift work and squeezing in time for an afternoon nap to working full-time can be tough. Our myLife program aims to help ease the transition, with opportunities to support and encourage a flexible and rewarding work experience – whatever that means to you.

Right from the start of their career here, staff get three weeks of vacation per year, with flexible options in planning and using your time. And you can even bank up to a maximum of one years’ vacation – making that post-qualification backpacking trip a reality.
Every year, staff can enjoy one paid day to volunteer at a PwC-organized volunteer event -- a great way to have fun and have a positive impact in local communities.
5. 6 for 65
As your career grows here, people are able to use the 6 for 65 program, where staff can work six months a year and enjoy partly funded time off for the remaining six months. Employees can take this time to travel, go back to school, or spend time with family.
