Last Friday, I told you guys all about working at the office. As promised, here’s my experience at PwC when it comes to a typical day at the client site.
At the client site…
At the client site, you will usually be in a team of 2 to 6 associates, depending on the client, and you will be working in one of the client’s boardrooms. This work environment is really great as it really creates that teamwork atmosphere. If you have a question or find a possible issue, you can all discuss at a team about it. We also often all go out for lunch or coffee together. What is also great is that working at the client site increases the efficiency of the audit. Why? Because the client is only a few steps away, and he can answer all your questions right away. In sum, teamwork and productivity are two major aspects of working at the client site.
I’d also like to mention that PwC also supports working from home. If you aren’t at the client site and don’t have meetings at the office, it’s easy to work from home. I love how flexible PwC is about working from home. I’m personally working from home today, which is great for a Friday!
On another note, I’d like to make a shout-out this week to all my coworkers who are in school right now: Pascal, Christine, Heather, Rae, Linda, Becky, Henry, Alexei and Faysol. Thanks for your involvement and all your help at the recruiting events :)
